Statement-led homepage designed for credibility first, with immediate pathways to call and inquire.
The practice serves clients navigating high-stakes, deeply personal situations—often under time pressure. The site needed to communicate authority and empathy without feeling overwhelming, clarify two nuanced practice pillars, and make contact frictionless across device sizes while staying accessible for a wide range of users.
We restructured the experience around decision-ready pathways—Test Accommodations and Higher Education—supported by a calm, editorial hierarchy and a simple, consistent navigation system. Credibility signals (publications, news, process) are easy to scan and intentionally placed to answer questions before they’re asked. Persistent, clear calls to action prioritize phone and inquiry, while an accessibility-first implementation keeps the experience legible, performant, and dependable.

Process, news, and publications organized as proof—easy to skim, easy to trust.

Contact page built for speed: office details, hours, and a direct message flow.
