The Challenge
Ben Bay Realty Co. needed a digital presence that could carry a legacy brand while performing like a true search product: fast listings, consistent details, and clean media—even when the underlying data originates from multiple MLSs with mismatched fields, formats, and rules. The experience also had to support rentals and content management.
Our Solution
Working with a partner designer, we designed and developed a custom frontend focused on immediate browsing—featured properties, clear search entry points, and confident information hierarchy. Behind it, we built a custom CMS for managing offices, agents, static pages, and homepage modules, plus a dedicated MLS server that aggregates data from multiple MLSs, normalizes and validates records, and outputs a single, predictable schema for the site to consume.
